ABSTRACT
De modo a contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento do Programa Mais Médicos (PMM), reflete-se aqui, a partir do enfoque à Análise de Redes Sociais (ARS), sobre os resultados preliminares relacionados à amplitude desta proposta. Com o auxílio do software Gephi foram elaboradas as redes de relações fictícias dos profissionais médicos que integram o PMM. Tal análise sugere que os vazios assistenciais e a baixa retenção dos profissionais podem dizer respeito à dificuldade de estes estabelecerem novas redes sociais. Conclui-se que o PMM poderia redirecionar sua atuação passando a induzir a formação descentralizada considerando as redes sociais e resolvendo os vazios assistenciais.
In order to contribute to the improvement of the More Doctors program (Health Consortia), it is reflected here, based on the Social Networks Analysis (SNA) approach, on the preliminary results related to the scope of this proposal. With the help of the Gephi software, the networks of fictitious relationships of the medical professionals that integrate the Health Consortia were elaborated, such analysis suggests that the gaps in care and the low retention of the professionals can be related to the difficulty of them to establish new social networks. It can be concluded that the Health Consortia could redirect its action, inducing the decentralized training considering the social networks and solving the gaps.
